Parties at Sport Bounce of Loudoun are the perfect way to give your child an amazing experience they won't soon forget!

Simply stated, KIDS LOVE TO BOUNCE! We offer your party access to ALL seven our GIANT inflatables at once. Talk about choices!

Our brightly decorated, light-filled 10,000+ square foot, climate controlled indoor facility includes high energy music, HUGE Inflatables (obstacle courses, two GIANT slides and inflatable basketball hoops to name just a few)!

Your party starts our with 1 hour of high-energy bouncing, where your group gets access to ALL of our inflatables at once. Talk about choices! Next, it's time for the "FUN PHOTO ROOM" where we will blow up our BIG RED CHAIR ("Big" is an understatement!) and take a group photo of all the party children. Party parents receive one 4x6 copy for each child in the photo and can add them to the goody bags or include them in the thank you notes.

Next, it's time to go to your own party room to continue the celebration! If you've ordered pizza, your party assistant will bring it to your room and help serve your guests. Bring a cake (or order a delicious Maggie Moo's ice cream cake through us and we'll coordinate the delivery and have it ready when you arrive!). We provide a FREE juice box or water bottle for the children in your party as well as the paper products (plates, napkins, utensils, cups) for all the children and adults in your party. Your child gets to take home a FREE Open Bounce pass to come back and play during any of our regular weekday Open Bounce sessions!

So don't worry about what the weather will be on the day of your child's celebration... and don't even think about the mess an in-home party might create. At Sport Bounce, we're happy to take care of all the cleanup after your party so you can focus on how much fun your group had! At our indoor moonbounce facility, it's ALWAYS a great day to play!

At Sport Bounce, We LOVE Helping You Give Your Child an AWESOME Birthday Experience!

PARTIES ARE 1 HOUR & 45 MINUTes

Here's what's included!

• Full-color, professional party invitations (we'll mail them to you or you can pick them up)
• A dedicated party assistant who's with you from start to finish
• 60 minutes of high-energy play in our “MEGA Moonbounce Arena” including access to ALL of our HUGE inflatables! Enjoy our fun music and festive atmosphere. Additional children are just $6 each!
• After your time on the inflatables, the royal birthday child is crowned King or Queen of the Party with a special crown or tiara to wear in the big red chair photo and the party room. The crown or tiara is yours to keep!
• Group photo of the party kids on our BIG RED INFLATABLE CHAIR ("Big" is an understatement!). You will receive one 4x6 copy for each child in the photo and can add them to the goody bags or include them in your child's thank you notes.
• A juice box or water bottle is included for each child.
• Paper plates, utensils, and napkins are provided for all children AND adults in your party. We also provide free birthday candles, a lighter and a cake server.
• The birthday child gets a FREE Open Bounce pass to come back and play during any of our Open Gym times!
• Leave the cleanup to us and enjoy hearing your child talk about the AWESOME time they had with their friends at their Sport Bounce party!

Party "add-on" Options

We'll contact you the weekend before your party to ask for your guest count and any add-on choices you'd like:

• Pizza - Choose between Papa Johns or Rubinos (www.rubinospizzeria.com) - Large Pizza (8 slices) Cheese 13.00/ea - One Topping 14.00/ea - Vegetable 16.00/ea  Papa Johns Large is 14” /  Rubinos Large is 16”  (add 3.00ea. for Rubinos). Delivery charge and driver gratuity is included.
• 2-Liter bottle of cold soda with cups (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite or orange soda) 3.50/each. Each child in the party receives a juice box or water bottle (included in all party packages) during the last 45 minutes of your party. You may bring in bottled water.
• Maggie Moo's Ice Cream Cakes - We'll coordinate delivery and have your cake ready for the big day! Kids (and the young at heart) love ice cream cakes! Available in themed or non-themed. Click HERE for Maggie's delicious cake selections. 8" Round Cake (serves 12-14) 29.95, Themed Sheet Cake (serves 20-24) 49.95, Non-Themed Sheet Cake (serves 20-24) 42.95, Ice Cream Quart (Vanilla, Chocolate, Cotton Candy or Better Batter) 7.95 each. Free Delivery - one less thing to do!
• Vanilla Ice Cream Cups - 1.00ea. Choose this option for your party and your party assistant will offer individual ice cream (non-Maggie Moo's) cups to your guests. You have the flexibility to send back whatever you don't use.
• Party Style Fresh Vegetable Tray - 4 pounds of carrots, broccoli, peppers, cauliflower, celery and cherry tomatoes served with ranch dip - 30.00
• Colorful Bouquet of Latex Balloons filled with helium - 6.00 per half dozen/12.00 per dozen
• Deluxe Goody Bags - Our brightly colored Sport Bounce water bottle is wrapped in a colorful party theme cello-bag and filled with and age appropriate, popular novelty items and treats! 4.25ea.
• Deluxe Toddler Goody Bags - Toddler bags are appropriate for children age 3 and under. Each is wrapped in a colorful party theme cello-bag and filled with and age appropriate, popular novelty items and treats! 4.25ea.
• Personalized Hershey Bars - 1.95ea. Milk chocolate bars with your personalized message on the wrapper.  These can be a great alternative to goody bags and can also serve as balloon weights if you are planning on sending your guests home with a balloon. Use our standard message or create your own!

What to Bring

A cake (unless you're ordering a Maggie Moo's cake through us), camera, extra socks in case some of your guests forget theirs, water bottles for your guests (if you'd like) and a Signed Liability Waiver for your children (included in your invitation or available at the front desk).

What's an "Unofficial" party?

Is your child's birthday coming up and you just want to celebrate it with a small group of his/her friends? Why not bring them during any of our regular WEEKDAY open bounce times. Click HERE for our regular open bounce schedule. No reservations required!

As always, no eating of any kind is permitted during Open Bounce, but you can start the party here and head back to your house or a restaurant for food and cake afterward. All guests must bring a signed Liability Waiver and socks. Weekends are exclusively for reserved parties only.

Helpful information

• To simplify your party planning, we've partnered with Maggie Moo's to offer delicious ice cream cakes delivered right to Sport Bounce (no extra charge for delivery!) before your party. Click here to see cake designs: www.maggiecakes.com You also have the option to bring in your own cake.
• After each party enters their party room, re-entry onto the inflatables is NOT permitted by any party guest. Full tummies and bouncing do not mix. The cleanliness of our inflatables is VERY important to us! We appreciate your understanding and assistance.
• Absolute maximum number of children per Friday-Sunday party is 35. Total guest count should not exceed 65 (babies, children and adults included). Larger groups can be accommodated Mon. - Thur.
• NO outside food or drinks are permitted (other than cake/cupcakes, bottled water and portable coffee boxes). Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. We will help facilitate your pizza delivery order through Papa Johns or Rubinos and will schedule your order to be delivered when your party goes into your party room. If a child who has special dietary requirements will be attending, special food may be brought in for that child only.
• Party guests do NOT need to arrive early. Party Hosts/Parents should arrive no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled party to bring in their cake, extra socks and (if applicable) water bottles.
• To preserve our party rooms, please do not bring confetti, thumbtacks or tape. You may bring your own balloons and/or goody bags or purchase them through Sport Bounce. You may also bring your own theme plates, napkins and/or cups if you wish or you may use our white paper products (provided for all the children and adults in your party for pizza and cake). Pull string pinatas are permitted (an adult can hold the pinata as the children pull on the strings). Don't forget bags for the children to take their goodies home.
• Parents wearing socks may enter the inflatables with their children. For the safety of all the children, however, we ask that adults be extra careful when young children are present. Thank you for understanding the need to keep our young jumpers safe.
• Children ages 3 and under must always have an adult available closeby while using any of the inflatables. Active parental supervision and assistance is required.
• All party reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 125.00 (which will be deducted from the final party price on the day of your party) to reserve your time.
• Rest assured that the cleanliness of our inflatables is very important to us. All parties bounce for the first full hour and eat after all the bouncing is done (we all know bouncing and full tummies don't go well together).
• Invitations are provided free of charge. Please feel free to pick them up during our weekday Open Bounce times or on weekends. You can also request that we mail them to you on your party reservation form. Here is a link to our LIABILITY WAIVER if you prefer to send an EVITE.

Party Overview

At your party start time: Your party has access to ALL of our GIANT inflatables at once. Talk about choices! You're also more than welcome to begin using your party room at this time as the kids (and any adults who wish!) bounce happily throughout our giant inflatables arena. Feel free to start setting up your party room or instruct your party assistant on how you'd like the room set up.

After an hour of high-energy bouncing fun in the inflatables arena: Your party guests will be directed to the Fun Photo Room where we'll inflate our BIG RED CHAIR and take a fun group photo of all the party children. Party parents will receive one free copy for each child in the photo. After the photo is taken, your child's party can now head to your party room for pizza, cake, ice cream... you decide! Your party assistant will provide whatever assistance you'd like in serving your guests.

After your party is finished: Leave the cleanup to us and enjoy hearing your child and your child's friends talk about the "awesome time they had at the Sport Bounce party!"
